Thing 21: Finding & Listening to Podcasts

http://amberstar.libsyn.com/index.php?post_id=333117

To find this podcast, I logged onto Podcast.com. Being as I am in the process of exploring Buddhism, I found the "Religion & Spirituality" section and clicked on that. From there, I chose Zencast. Zencast 154 is a 30 minute guided mediation that I listened to for a few minutes (30 minutes is way too long for me).

I cannot say that I have fully embraced podcasts although I find them interesting. I think that having a place to listen to and download guided meditations could be very useful for practicing and aspiring Buddhists. I would guess, or perhaps hope, that there are more useful things on Podcast.com than guided meditations.

Perhaps when I have some free time at about half past never, I will explore further. Who knows, maybe I will find more guided meditations. After all, one can never have too many guided meditations. . . .
